The sandbox is a really useful feature. However, it's limited to the data in ehrql/example-data, which were crafted for the ehrQL tutorial (see the "Working with tables" section). We should increase the amount of data available to the sandbox. Whilst doing so is already possible with create-dummy-tables, the dummy tables contain only the dummy data that match the conditions within the dataset definition. Including dummy data that don't match these conditions would be really useful.
