[Multiple Datasource] Create new component which allows multi selection of data sources with callback to pass selected data sources to consumers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In #6082, we added data source selectable component which can be mounted into the navigation bar. Via discussion, we determined that we also need to have a component which allows multi selection of data sources. The selected data sources will act as filters for plugins such as Search relevance dashboards plugin before rendering the available data sources to select in the page
