Description

Updates Armeria to 1.26.4.

This version of Armeria moves to io.grpc 1.58.0. This version split some class from the core library into a new library grpc-inprocess. Armeria does not depend on this, but Data Prepper uses some classes from this new library. So this PR also adds that dependency via the version catalog.

One goal is to remove possible memory leaks in Armeria per #3912.

Issues Resolved

Unsure; maybe helps toward #3912

…has a slight breaking changing. This is fixed by explicitly adding io.grpc:grpc-inprocess to the build.
