Snyk reports issues in the deploy directory, which we do not use in OCP.

I'm not sure this will actually help... csi-driver-shared-resource is still getting SAST bugs like OCPBUGS-28639 even though the yaml file is explicitly ignored in .snyk.

The SIGMA issues do not show up in the security presubmit job to begin with, so we can't easily see if this helps before merging :(
