update baremetalhost type with root device hints fields #74

Bring in a new version of the BareMetalHost type that includes the RootDeviceHints fields so when we read and update a host as part of provisioning we do not erase the existing content of those fields. Signed-off-by: Doug Hellmann <dhellmann@redhat.com>
