The `generate` CI job is now using the `release-0.39` tag of quay.io/coreos/jsonnet-ci which uses a different version of go-bindata. This change updates go.mod and Makefile to reference this new version. Signed-off-by: Simon Pasquier <spasquie@redhat.com>
