@karthikjeeyar karthikjeeyar commented Sep 8, 2021

Fixes:

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2002151

Analysis / Root cause:

OSP 1.2.3 in OCP-4.6.36, has older version of triggers which makes triggers.template.name as optional in eventlistener and accepts triggers.triggerRef (not supported in 4.6).

Solution Description:

Added a optional check to prevent the crashing in Pipelines list page in the UI.

Screen shots / Gifs for design review:

image

Test setup:

  1. Create any pipeline and an eventlistener with triggerRef - eventListener.yaml.
  2. Visit the pipeline list page or pipeline details page.

Browser conformance:

  • Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Edge

@karthikjeeyar: This pull request references Bugzilla bug 2002151, which is invalid:

  • expected dependent Bugzilla bug 1941995 to target a release in 4.7.0, 4.7.z, but it targets "4.8.0" instead

Comment /bugzilla refresh to re-evaluate validity if changes to the Bugzilla bug are made, or edit the title of this pull request to link to a different bug.
