This PR has been tested and verified on OCP4.9, the issue for the layout of page of 'TyperError' is verified, the entire error message could be shown on page fully and clearly, also the changes are taken effect on different browser.
Related information: This bug can be reproduced and tested by following the steps of Bug 2041389
