@rhamilto the changes look good, but after checking the API types I see that there is an extra field in the HPA spec, called Behavior . Check v2beta1 and v2 specs. Also checked if there are any other changes in the status but looks like its the same.
We should update the HPA kind in https://github.com/openshift/console/blob/master/frontend/public/module/k8s/types.ts#L432
