[release-4.9] OCPBUGS-6694: Fix NPE when displaying CSV with incomplete information

Manual backport of #12481

As described there the origin bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2084287 needs two fixes:

• Bug 2084287: Fix NPE when consuming CSVs with missing informations #11544
• OCPBUGS-6689: Fix NPE when displaying CSV with incomplete information #12478

The follow-up is handled as part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-6689.

The 2nd change is not needed on 4.9 so this PR includes just the changes of the first PR. The Jira ticket depends on the 4.10 ticket anyway.
