Remove plugin-stats script

The entry point of a Console static plugin (as indicated by consolePlugin.entry in the corresponding package.json file) is currently a JS module.

This allows plugins to perform side-effects such as

import './style.scss';

as well as run other (non-code-splitted) logic that depends on browser env.

The goal of plugin-stats script was to print meaningful information about detected Console plugins.

However, loading plugin entry modules dynamically in Node.js env. (with ts-node and jsdom augmentations) turned out to be quirky, so let's remove the code and reconsider later, if needed.
