RGW Related Changed in Object Service Dashboard

• Update the Data consumption card breakdown dropdown from Select to Option.
• Add a listener for RGW events
• Add data resiliency progress for RGW.
• Add catcher for the RGW provisioner detector so that it doesn't break if the browser gets disconnected.
