@openshift-cherrypick-robot: This pull request references Bugzilla bug 1985081, which is invalid:

  • expected dependent Bugzilla bug 1985080 to be in one of the following states: VERIFIED, RELEASE_PENDING, CLOSED (ERRATA), CLOSED (CURRENTRELEASE), but it is MODIFIED instead

Comment /bugzilla refresh to re-evaluate validity if changes to the Bugzilla bug are made, or edit the title of this pull request to link to a different bug.

Tested it with a clusterbot instance and OpenShift Pipelines operator 1.1.2 (ocp-4.5 channel) because operator 1.5.0 (stable channel) doesn't work.

because operator 1.5.0 (stable channel) doesn't work.

I believe that is expected, hence the ocp channel names. There has been shifts in compatibility as k8s has up-versioned. cc @karthikjeeyar
