Earlier:
We were detecting for managed ODF services only when storage cluster was created.

After:
We will start detecting for ODF managed services right after installing the OCS operator.

We need to start detecting for managed services for either of the cases, right ??
OCS_MODEL_FLAG || ODF_MODEL_FLAG

Or flag for OCS_MODEL_FLAG is sufficient ??
