This patch is the preliminary investigation into integration of BPFD and IGNFW. In it's current state it has one main limitation... The XDP program is statically loaded by the admin to a single interface (in future iterations the IGNFW operator itself can manage the bpfProgramConfig object) Signed-off-by: Andrew Stoycos <astoycos@redhat.com>

This branch was put together to demo BPFD and how it could possibly work for deploying IGNFW.
