BUG 1854256: Bump github.com/heketi/heketi to v10.1.0 #183

Heketi recently released a version that includes some security fixes, this PR bumps this dependency to the new version to ensure that the security leak is fixed

From their release notes:

An information-disclosure flaw was found in the way Heketi logs sensitive
information. This flaw allows an attacker with access to the Heketi server logs
to read potentially sensitive information, such as the CHAP passwords for
gluster-block volumes (CVE-2020-10763).

looks good to me, just a question about the commit title. i had thought the pull # reference in the title should be for things from this repo, is it more broad than that?
