Bug 1895838: Remove extraneous code comments #745

This changes the way that the generated artifacts are created. It is being proposed to remove extra comments that are being added to the descriptions for the CRDs. These erroneous messages end up being displayed in tools like `oc explain`.

This change removes some comments that are creating extra information in the generated descriptions for some of the CRDs. It also regenerates the all the necessary files.
