On FCOS boot OS extensions are being installed, so in order to use only shipped RPMs and avoid pulling in updates from public repos existing repos need to be disabled

Hmm, are we doing this in 4.6 because OKD builds will happen from the release-4.6 branch?
This change is simple and low risk so I'm approving.
OKD builds are happening on both master (for 4.7) and 4.6. We're focusing on releasing 4.6 nightlies first before proceeding to 4.7 releases though |
