This binary has always been there, but we've recently refactored packaging and removed hyperkube from RHCOS. I don't believe any of these are load bearing but chasing the change here.

Please provide the following information:
- What I did
Switch invocation of kubelet from /usr/bin/hyperkube kubelet to /usr/bin/kubelet

- How to verify it
Perform regression tests

- Description for the changelog
Remove hyperkube indirection by calling kubelet directly

ci/prow/cluster-bootimages seems to have no history, is that a new job? The rest seem flakey.
