@pliurh could you also remove the externalGatewayInterface from ./packaging/systemd/configure-ovs.sh? This script reads the ovn.yaml and configure the br-ex if externalGatewayInterface is specified.

This setting appears in the user documentation, too, so please coordinate with @ShaunaDiaz to make sure that information is updated or removed.
