OADP-2982: Add a sample / example of a VM backup and restore that works with default openshift-virtualization

Use case for these files:

• upcoming experiment in prow ci/prow/4.14-e2e-test-kubevirt-aws test

• dev doc in oadp-operator/doc

• manual vm backup / restore tests

• No image upload required

• Fedora expands to a 30G block mode volume by default, expect a 15 minute backup, 15 minute restore

• The todolist-mariadb is installed via cloud-init, a user must wait for that to complete

This should just work w/ RHEL, CentOS or Fedora VM's
