This PR bumps k8s dependencies from 1.29.0 to 1.29.1 to get important kubectl patches (kubernetes/kubectl@6b2d872, kubernetes/kubectl@778ed2b).
This original PR #1681 was reverted in #1683
because some images bases on
cli
image still use 1.28.2 kubectl version which is not correct.
