Ran:

hack/update_submodules.sh -m containerd -r release-4.11 release-4.11
git checkout release-4.11-submodule-update-01-12
hack/update_submodules.sh -m hcsshim -r release-4.11 release-4.11-submodule-update-01-12

Renamed the resulting branch and opened the PR.
