Tools > Forward Dynamics... > Save... saves an empty ("default") setup file

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Tools > Forward Dynamics...
2. Set the "Initial State field to "blah".
3. Click Save... and save the setup file somewhere.
4. Open the saved setup file in a text editor.

Expected result

• Setup file contains the text "blah" somewhere.

Actual result

• Setup file is "empty"
