Parameters entity MaxLength constraint no longer exists in Symfony #21

The MaxLength string constraint used here and here was removed in Symfony 2.3 and is not included anymore in any maintained version of Symfony.

It should be replaced with the equivalent Length constraint http://symfony.com/doc/current/reference/constraints/Length.html
