There is no need to have admin unused JS from front-end.

Also make some JS loads only on some pages instead (lets see this).

ossn.site.public (all loggedin and non loggedin users) only fron front-end
ossn.site only for loggedin users, for site only
ossn.admin only for admin (both loggedin and logged out)
