Remove schema-specific code

Some actions, like GetAreaDatabaseAction still use schema-specific code and fail with class cast exceptions on unsupported schemas, (mostly supporting IFC2x3, failing on IFC4). Replace this with schema-agnostic code. Probably needs systematic refactoring.
