Hi @kulendu :) Saw you closed this yourself already – just as an explanation why GSoC is not already on the list:
We aim to collect resources which are at the intersection of open source and inclusion & diversity. GSoC itself isn’t particularly focused on inclusion and diversity and in fact has quite the diversity issues, which is why we decide to highlight programs like Outreachy, RailsGirls Summer of Code, GirlScript Summer of Code etc instead. :)

Actually i saw it in the PR section about the idea, so I thought about doing it.
