1.1.1 is no longer supported - references to the "current" version scheme for 1.1.1 are out dated.

We add the support dates for 3.2

Note: More of this page could do with an update (or perhaps be removed altogether since it really isn't a "strategy"). Quite a lot can just be removed because it is replaced by other policies. There is some content that doesn't seem to be anywhere else though (e.g. the 5 year rule about removing deprecated APIs). I've not attempted to make those changes in this PR (in the hope that this PR is relatively uncontroversial).
