Update git submodules

* Update tripleo-quickstart from branch 'master'
  - Avoid installing warlock!=1.3.2 in TQ
    
    Currently warlock 1.3.2 is broken while installing it from
    pypi. Here is the github issue:
    bcwaldon/warlock#41
    and fix is in progress. Avoid installing the same fixes
    the issue.
