The relations do show up for me here (although I did notice that a lot of things do not work as usual when you invoke iD with a specific object selected in URL).

Whatever happened when I previously posted, I experience the same problem now with my Firefox 125.0.2 on Windows 10.

I have a hunch there is some kind of race condition, whereby the editing pane initialization does not get completed before the map is fully loaded. This is consistent with my previous observation that "a lot of things do not work as usual when you invoke iD with a specific object selected in URL", an impression which is probably not 100% reproducible.
