Line/area tracing preview offset from cursor position

How to reproduce the issue?

1. Start tracing a line or area
2. Observe that the preview of where the feature will be drawn is offset from the cursor and where the feature is actually drawn

It can be fixed by exiting full screen, so it's probably related to that.
