When pasting telephone links, drop tel:// prefix

It'd be nice if, when pasting a telephone number copied from a telephone link, which starts with tel://, that initial part be already dropped off so you don't have to manually erase it.

Any POIs that would take telephone numbers, usually (but not only) shop=*.

By the way I just learned with this example that phones not always have tel://, they can also be only tel:.
