"Go to Outbox" button looks inactive/unclickable

This is definitely low priority, but when the user is looking a a sent message there is a "Go to Outbox" button below the message. It appears grayed out, or unclickable, even though it isn't. Was this intentional?

That's the new "deemphasized" button style that @samanpwbb is using for "secondary" buttons so maybe he has a view on this?

There is a second issue I notice, that the other two buttons are real form buttons, and 18px high, while that one is actually a link and is 20px high.

Merging #388 has introduced a clear difference between disabled (grey) and secondary (light blue) buttons.
