Description

Make the changeset embed on platforms like Discord show the changeset comment, time, and potentially even a screenshot of the changeset on the map

I don't think there is a "changeset embed" as you call it - that is just something discord has made up for itself.

I think Discord is using the opengraph details provided by https://github.com/openstreetmap/openstreetmap-website/blob/master/app/helpers/open_graph_helper.rb

We have a few open issues with suggestions on how to improve it, such as #2007

I'm also happy to see improvements to the opengraph information, and I think the linked issue is a good place to discuss them.
