bbox filtering of changeset comments feed (feature request)

I guess that it would be quite usefull, if one could get a changset comment feed filtered to a custom bounding box, just like the notes feed. That way, mappers could see local discussions much more easily.

This will only really work once we have a way of filtering changesets by bbox though ;-)

The problem is that the way a changeset boundary works in OSM. At the same time, even I have to admit there's a certain appeal, even in the current, broken model for it. Of course, patches welcome :)
