Render e=node k=building v=*

Buildings should render also if they are only tagged as nodes. Perhaps a small square in the same style as building outlines?

(In [18104]) Make a node with building=yes render. Zoomlevel z17 shows name as well.
Also add such a node to the testdata. Fixes #2367 and #1667. Perhaps
building=* should render, but I'm not sure...
