Homepage icon flickers then disappears in editor if it is a USO archive UserCSS userstyle

This style was installed before we started to save installationUrl for USO-archive. The new release of Stylus will fix such styles automatically. Meanwhile the workaround is to remove the style and install it again.

Yes, it will change. If you want to keep it then export the styles, edit the exported json file, manually add "installationUrl": "...", where ... is the URL, import it back.
