User is logged into system and has created a ticket.
At the same time in another browser I assign the ticket to me
and respond.

I could find no way to see the actual respond in the other system.
F5 didn't help either.

Finally after looging off and on again I can see the response.
I think I should be able to see it while I'm still logged in because users tend to leave the ticket system open when testing new software.

It works by pressing F5 now.
Even though this seems to be a temporary solution and some real time update seems to be needed for this.
