Create links between Angular and React Platform versions on target, disease, and drug profile pages #1086

For our 20.06 release, we will also release the alpha branch of the React rewrite project. To ensure that users can toggle between the classic Angular and modern React views, we need to update the layout of the target, disease, and drug profile pages in the Angular application. As such, can we please update the target HTML template, disease HTML template , and drug summary HTML template files with the following notification?

Important Notice:
We are currently redesigning and rebuilding the Open Targets Platform with new features.
For a preview of the new Platform interface, please see the new profile page for <entity_name>

Can we please update <entity_name> with either the HGNC symbol, disease name, or drug name value?

To style the component, can we please set the following:

background-colour: #FFFFCC
padding: 20px

I also set a margin-top:20px to separate the navigation bar and notification.

For the link, details will be confirmed once the alpha branch has been deployed.
