integrate /docs with get started

The old site had a landing page for get help, /docs. This content is no longer accessible in the menu links without adding what would be a redundant menu item.

Integrate content from this page into the get started page and remove the original page. Also add a redirect from /docs to /docs/get-involved

More specifically, I'm suggesting that we take the section "Connect with the Commotion community" on http://commotionwireless.net/docs/ and merge it with the "Help Others" section at the top of http://commotionwireless.net/docs/get-involved/

Seems fine to me, especially because there doesn't seem to be a menu item currently that goes straight to http://commotionwireless.net/docs/ - i.e. I can't even find that "Connect with the Commotion community" section without a direct link.
