This change also includes modifications to the makefile to place it in the Commotion controller folder since it should not have its own folder as a sub-package. this will not impact any other packages. it is merely a menu move.

Using the debug_helper_PR9 branch of commotion_feeds and then specifying usability in that makefile will give you all changed required to test this pull request. @critzo
