Add profile upload support on setup wzard welcome page

Title:Confirm Configuration
Help text: Review the settings you have chosen below. To finish the Setup Wizard click “Apply” at the bottom of this page. The device will restart when you click apply. You will lose access while it restarts.
This page will have a list of all configurations that the uploaded configuration added as well as any missing required values.
Each configuration will be directly manipulatable on this page.
Upon completing this page all settings will be applied.

Since a commotion profile doesn't currently include all the required information for configuring a node, could this be a UCI backup the user uploads?

There is a mock-up of this page somewhere at OTI in the 1.0 quickstart design docs which @georgiamoon might still have. The idea was to give the user a simple, easy to understand overview of the upcoming setting changes. So it woudl have actually mined information from the node about the current settings, what the user had modified from those settings, and then organize it into a digestible way with links to the pages needed to configure it so that the user could make sure what they were about to do would not break the functionality they need.
