FaceAPI in compiled windows binaries #2
Comments
Do you have the prerequisites, i.e. IPP 5.3 as well as MSVCRT 8.0 with the specific version? If this turns out to be a problem, as it does for a few people already, next binary builds will include bundles DLLs required for FaceAPI. I won't be able to test a clean install due to USB passthrough of PS3 Eye being broken :( |
Try the 2.0a installer-based build. MSVC80 redist requires an activation context and can't be simply placed into the dir, hence the installer. |
Yes I have it... The installer have a problem - doesn't work. |
The installer itself or opentrack that's installed in `program files (x86)'? Actually tried that on XP and Server 2012 VMs, both launched fine. Turns out VMWare 10 on Windows has working USB passthrough. This is the installer: http://ananke.laggy.pk/opentrack/opentrack-2.0a-setup.exe |
After a reboot the installer works well. |

After few tests, faceAPI as tracker source don't seems to work.
