Second GPS in the options for calculating distance

I have built a very good GPS based on OXS into my X9D +.

It would be nice to have a second GPS module built into the transmitter in the options for calculating distance, not just Alt.

The calculation is available in the X12 but unfortunately cannot be selected, it is automatic.
Why, unfortunately ... The GPS of the X12 is slow and receives only a few satellites, which falsifies the results.

I would like to use the calculation to find lost models with the transmitter without SmartPhone.
I don't want to use a Lua script because the memory is very full and everything gets slow.
