ContextObject throwing an error when parsing a kev with res_id #1

I added a failing test for a kev with res_id. Looks like a ContextObjectEntity is not getting created for this case.


          Add failing test for context object with res_id.

Fixed with 462fd80, release 0.4.3 made incorporating this fix.
