Added new vehicles MG5 and MG ZS EV Mk2.
Defined seperate Battery Capacities and DC Charge rates for each model. Fixed EVCC formulas for newer models.
Fix Ideal Range calculation error
Moved the shell commands to the appropriate vehicles
Added documentation for new vehicles. Fixed missing can handler switch for MK2 and MG5
Change displayed vehicle names to be more accurate
Update documentation regarding new models
Added note of support for new vehicles

This branch add new vehicles to the MG EV component. The latest MG EV ZS (2023) is fully supported and the MG5 is partially supported and is still a WIP. The MG5 still has times when the alarm is triggered but some MG5 owners will still find the update useful. Documentation has been updated accordingly.
