Fixes/improvements for Wallet Server:

  • moved resources into war file to simplify deployment,
  • added admin password to access server admin interface
  • added a way to list clients and documents on the server in admin interface
  • removed stray Android-only dependencies from war file

Manually tested both locally and on tomcat server, both with local and mysql databases.
