Thank you for the submission @jleach. We would like to invite the Bifold community to present at the next TAC meeting on February 21st @ 7:00 AM US/Pacific. This is the join link: https://zoom-lfx.platform.linuxfoundation.org/meeting/94569749258?password=68170ae3-3074-45fb-9b2e-4c479ed7d8d7

# Project Name

Right now, we often refer to our project as "Aries Bifold," but its official name on GitHub is [Aries Mobile Agent React Native](https://github.com/hyperledger/aries-mobile-agent-react-native). If the OpenWallet Foundation (OWF) accepts our project, we're likely change its official name to either "Aries Bifold" or possibly substitute the "Aries" part altogether. This would help us differentiate our project from the "Aries Hyperledger" initiative. We plan to start discussing this name change as soon as we are part of the OWF.

Since Aries is part of the Hyperledger world, I would suggest dropping Aries from the name. Whatever name is decided, we should make sure to run this past LF Legal.

I think we can happily drop "Aries" and stick with just "Bifold". Bifold is a pretty generic "style" of wallet so I would think it immune from trademarking. It would be like trademarking the word "hamburger".

I've got a question: as Bifold is built on top of AJF (now Credo), will it leverage the recently added capabilities, such as SD-JWT and OID4VC?

Yes, built on top of Credo. I would expect that as an organization needs one of those formats they'll implement support. I believe a jurisdictions in Canada may already be working on bringing OID4VC to Bifold. I think British Columbia has invested some time in supporting AnonCreds in JSON-LD format also.

@tkuhrt I added Wenjing as a second TAC sponsor. I think that's who volunteered on todays TAC call.
