This PR separates many subfeatures of CSS properties that combine multiple values into a single feature in BCD.
Merge along with mdn/browser-compat-data#22032.
Coverage Report
Before this PR, we will have 87.81% (11542) of features covered, with 75.56% (1317) features in the CSS category.
After this PR is merged and all new features are added to BCD, this will push our coverage to 88.11% (12068) globally and 80.34% (2294) for CSS, providing a 0.30%/4.78% global/CSS coverage improvement. This number does not include merging the linked BCD PR.
